One Direction Dialogue
Last year on a rainy night, in Sitka. My sister and mother were in the kitchen cooking spagetti. My friend, Sarah, and I were in my bedroom talking about One Direction. I was admiring the work that I did to put up all my One Direction posters. They covered the room. I could smell the food they were cooking.
"I've been looking online," I said.
"Ya, so?" Sarah replied.
"I was looking for One Direction tickets."
"Really?"
"Ya, they're really cheap," I replied.
"How much?"
"Only about $200 for an O.K. seat. Guess where the closest place to see them is?"
"Where?"
"Guess."
Sarah guessed,"Anchorage?"
"Nope, try again."
"Fairbanks?"
"O.K, one more guess."
"I don't know, just tell me," she said giving up.
"One Direction is going to Seattle!"
She said really excited, "We have to save up money!"
"The concert is July 28th next year."
"That's one day after my birthday."
"Let's start saving," I said.
"Great!"
It changed my life because it gives me a goal to set and achive. Everybody was so excited for me that my dad decided to pay for the plane trip. I felt like I could do something with my life. I learned that I can do anything. To this day we're still saving money to see out Idols.
